Horting Belt System

International Horting Qualification Program

Main provisions

Any person who has familiarized themselves with this Program and has come to a gym equipped for horting training sessions has the right to participate in a trial training session, test the training equipment, receive advice from an instructor, answers to questions of interest related to the horting training methodology, and an explanation of the provisions of this International Qualification Program.

A novice athlete of any age who has expressed a desire to engage in combat horting can purchase a training suit (a set of sportswear), which includes a jacket and trousers of dark blue color, as well as a belt of initial qualification. In the warm and hot season, athletes can train in shorts, in spring and autumn, when it is cool in the gym, or in the cold season, training is carried out in a full horting suit (jacket, trousers, belt). At the instructor's command, if necessary, the jacket can be removed and exercise only in trousers. The horting suit in the system of the sport is provided only in dark blue color, with an embroidered chest emblem on the left side. According to the Rules of Etiquette, the training suit in combat horting must always be neat in appearance, clean, without rips and other damages. The belt of a horting athlete emphasizes his level of training and qualification degree. According to this Program, the qualification in combat horting is marked with a belt and confirmed by the relevant documents: a certificate confirming the degree and a mark in the International Combat Horting Passport of the athlete of horting, about the completed seminar, at which the athlete was assigned this degree. At each combat horting seminar, a certification test is held - "Rank-test" for qualification degrees - "Rank" - (Rank). If the athlete successfully passes the rank test, receives the appropriate mark from the head of the local, regional, national federation in the qualification book of the athlete of horting - Horting Passport, he wears a qualification belt for girding the horting jacket, which distinguishes this athlete at events as the owner of a certain qualification degree (rank) in the horting system.

According to the active participation of a person in the work and membership in the sports organization - the World Horting Federation, the degrees are divided into three groups:

  1. Student ranks (colored belts) – from 0 to 10 student ranks.
  2. Teaching ranks (black belt) – instructor (1st and 2nd instructor rank), master (1st-3rd master rank), international master (4th-6th master rank), honored master (7th-9th master rank).
  3. Administrative levels – head of a club, city or district local organization, regional representative, national representative.
The sports ranks for which official rank tests in theoretical and physical training are conducted are: student and teacher ranks.
Administrative ranks in horting are representative and are assigned to a person who is endowed with certain powers and the right to develop horting in a designated region.
The level of training in sports (student and teacher) ranks is distinguished by the color of the belt. Embroidered stripes are located on the colored belt, which correspond to the rank of horting. Each stripe marks a certain rank.
According to the Program, applicants for the student rank pass a qualification test consisting of 15 main points. Applicants for the master rank pass qualification requirements consisting of 12 points.
A person who is preparing to receive an administrative degree and representative powers from the World Federation of Combat Horting as a club leader, district, city, region, national representative must carry out some organizational work on the development of this sport in his region, country, and also demonstrate knowledge of the principles of building a combat horting federation as an international educational system, skills and abilities in basic combat horting techniques, and constantly maintain himself in good sports shape by participating in regional, national and international seminars.
An athlete who wants to improve his sports qualifications must prepare for the test in advance. If at the initial stage of training (the first student level - blue, yellow, green belts) the athlete demonstrates only physical fitness and basic technical skills, then for a higher level (the second student level - red, brown belts) he needs to lead an active sports life in his combat horting sports club, have a healthy sports life position and set an example for novice athletes in this. For this, the program for each level contains a number of conditions necessary for submitting an application for the next sports level. This is done because combat horting is for a person not only a sport and full-contact martial arts, but also a perfect educational training system, because an athlete who is engaged in it learns to benefit not only himself, but also society with his good and worthy behavior and actions.

An athlete who has shown special diligence in training and in the life of the club, actively participated in the organization of sports work, in competitions and seminars, receives permission (recommendation) from a trainer-instructor and a representative of the region (representative of the country), may be admitted to the test for promotion through one student level. To control the fulfillment of these requirements of the Program, an athlete must provide a recommendation from the body directing him to increase the level before participating in the rank test. Without this recommendation, an athlete who does not fulfill these requirements during the preparatory period is not allowed to take the next rank test. For gross violations of the rules of conduct in the club, the norms of combat horting etiquette, discrediting the authority of the organization, an athlete may be excluded from the membership of the local, regional, national federation, and automatically from the membership of the World Combat Horting Federation.

These requirements of the Program are uniform and mandatory for monitoring compliance with standards at all official combat horting certifications in all countries of the world.
