COMBAT HORTING CURRICULUM FOR OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS (PDF)

The monograph is based on the integration of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for students of horting clubs of extracurricular educational institutions. The theoretical and methodological principles of teaching horting are considered, the scientific substantiation of the process of forming the values ​​of a healthy lifestyle of students by means of horting, the importance of systematic horting classes as a component of a healthy lifestyle of students of clubs and sports sections. The monograph is aimed at popularizing a healthy lifestyle and strengthening the health of children, contains practical material for horting club classes for extracurricular educational institutions, recommendations for conducting classes with students, a description of general developmental, special exercises, games, elements of basic technique, simulation exercises, tactical training, instructor and referee practice, as well as aspects of educational work on the cultural, health and combat traditions of the people. The educational material of the monograph is adapted to classes with students of different levels of preparedness, provides a general educational, sports orientation and contains elements of horting technique, posture formation, development of qualities of speed, agility and coordination of movements, study of special preparatory horting exercises, basic stances and techniques, methods of movement in stances and execution of formal horting complexes, study of the rules of behavior in the gym, "Rules of Sports Etiquette" in accordance with the requirements of the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine, study of breathing exercises, health-improving exercises, mastering the rules of personal hygiene. The monograph is addressed to leaders of clubs and horting sections of extracurricular educational institutions, physical education teachers and physical education instructors, trainers-teachers of extracurricular and higher educational institutions of I-IV levels of accreditation, children's and youth sports schools, clubs of physical culture and recreation, military sports and patriotic directions, children's and youth creative associations.
