Role and Responsibilities of World Horting Federation Branch Chiefs and Directors Worldwide
International Status and Representative Authority
The Branch Chiefs, Branch Directors, National Directors, and Continental Representatives of the World Horting Federation serve as official representatives of the Federation within their assigned countries, regions, cities, territories, and continents.
Following the organizational structure commonly used by international martial arts and combat sports organizations, recognized global sports federations, the World Horting Federation develops a multi-level representative system to ensure effective international governance, administration, and development of Horting worldwide.
A Branch Chief or Director is an authorized representative appointed by the World Horting Federation to promote, organize, coordinate, and develop Horting activities within a defined geographical area.
The Branch Chief represents the Federation’s mission, philosophy, technical standards, ethical principles, educational programs, and strategic objectives at the national, regional, and local levels.
Official Representation of the World Horting Federation
The Branch Chief / Director represents the interests of the World Horting Federation in:

the designated country or territory;
-
national and regional sports communities;
-
governmental and non-governmental sports organizations;
-
educational institutions;
-
martial arts and combat sports organizations;
-
cultural and community organizations;
-
international cooperation projects.
The representative acts as the official communication link between:
World Horting Federation Headquarters → Continental Structure → National Branch → Regional Branches → Local Clubs and Training Centers
Main Responsibilities of Branch Chiefs and Directors
1. Development of Horting in the Assigned Territory
The primary responsibility of every Branch Chief is the systematic development and expansion of Horting within the assigned territory.
The Branch Director organizes and supports:

establishment of Horting clubs and training centers;

development of local and national Horting programs;
-
recruitment and education of instructors;
-
preparation of athletes;
-
promotion of Horting among children, youth, adults, and professional athletes;

implementation of Federation educational and sports standards.
The Branch Chief creates conditions for the long-term growth of Horting according to international development principles.
2. Representation of Federation Interests
The Branch Chief officially represents the World Horting Federation in relations with:

national sports authorities;

martial arts organizations;

Olympic and non-Olympic sports communities;

educational institutions;

sponsors and partners;

media and public organizations.
The representative protects the reputation, traditions, and international authority of the World Horting Federation.

Branch Directors have the responsibility to coordinate and support the organization of:

4. Development of Coaches, Instructors, and Officials
One of the most important functions of Branch Chiefs is the creation of a professional Horting education system.
Responsibilities include:

preparing referees and technical officials;
-
maintaining professional standards among representatives.
The Branch Director ensures that instructors represent Horting as a modern educational and sports system.

The Branch Chief coordinates athlete development according to international sports principles.
