1. The Rules of Horting Sports Competitions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) define the basic principles of organizing and conducting horting sports competitions held in the world.
2. Horting is a sport that is part of the physical, cultural and spiritual education of children and youth, the revival and development of health and sports traditions of the peoples of the world, health promotion, and the development of physical, moral and volitional qualities of a person by involving the population in participation in horting competitions.
3. These Rules have been developed in accordance with the Rules of the World Horting Federation (hereinafter referred to as the WHF).
4. The requirements of these Rules apply to all disciplines in which horting competitions are held.
5. The Rules are a document that regulates the procedure for organizing,
conducting and summing up horting competitions, determines the system, procedure and conditions of competitive activity, and the system of judging competitions.
6. Horting sports competitions are held with the aim of:
1) popularizing the sport among the general public,
ensuring progressive changes in the development of martial arts, which will allow increasing their role in the physical development of citizens, strengthening the authority of horting in the world sports community;
2) identifying the best athletes and teams, improving the athletes' skills, preparing them for further participation in competitions of various levels;
3) improving the athletes' sports skills, fulfilling the standards of the international horting classification program;
4) identifying prize-winners and winners;
5) identifying the strongest athletes to form national horting teams of the world to participate in international competitions;
6) identifying winning teams and prize-winners during team competitions;
7) improving the methods and practices of judging horting competitions;
8) exchanging experience, knowledge and information.
