Dear supporters of horting in the world, athletes, coaches, judges, fans and organizers of sporting events. Horting was founded in the early 2000s and the first clubs were officially registered starting in 2008. The beginning of this movement was the holding of the first international competitions and seminars in European countries. During this time, with the development of preparatory methods in horting, horting directions began to be organized, such as: health horting for children, combat horting for law enforcement agencies, military-applied horting for army personnel, school horting, according to the methods of which classes were held with schoolchildren of different ages and genders. From the time of the founding of the sport to the present day, European and World Championships have been regularly held, as well as international competitions in various sections of training.

     There is a lot of information about these events on the Internet, videos on YouTube about holding official international horting events in Ukraine, France, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Uzbekistan, Slovakia, Iran, Hungary and other countries of the world. Now it is time to take the next effective step in the development of the sport in the United States of America. Everyone knows that this country can provide great opportunities for popularizing our activities, thanks to its progressive capabilities as an advanced country in many indicators. On October 9, 2025, the World Horting Federation was registered in the State of New Jersey, USA. It plans to work in accordance with US law, duly complying with all points of American tax legislation and through representative offices in different states, horting coaching and instructor staff, conduct training camps, referee seminars, certification seminars to improve the sports qualification level of athletes, training classes both in individual private sports clubs and at higher and secondary educational institutions in the United States of America.

     To do this, we need to constantly train horting specialists who will have the right, according to current US law, to work with children and youth, conduct training and health classes, organize horting seminars and competitions for school-age children and adults. We have training programs for children of different age groups from preschool to high school age. Every horting coach must adhere to the requirements of the horting Code of Ethics, monitor the health of the participants, and treat parents who bring their children to training with respect. Be kind to people of all faiths and nations, because the main goal of horting is to educate the individual, to help athletes acquire positive moral and ethical qualities, such as respect, responsibility, integrity, as well as strong-willed qualities: perseverance, independence, initiative, determination, courage, and self-confidence. All this is inherent in the horting methods, and it is for this reason that our coaches and instructors train their students. Coaches must avoid increased loads for unprepared athletes so that there are no injuries and the health of students only improves. We accept young instructors from different countries of the world and different sports into our organization, who have the opportunity to improve their coaching skills on the basis of our organization.

     Thus, taking this opportunity, I invite coaches and instructors, physical education teachers to cooperate in the development of horting and participation in sports events held by the World Horting Federation in the state of New Jersey and other states of the USA. From the composition of leading specialists, we plan to form the World Horting Federation Judges' Corps, which will serve our sports events. We invite sports doctors from the USA who have experience in serving sports competitions to cooperate. We also invite organizers of sports events who have organizational skills and have participated in conducting sports seminars and competitions to cooperate.

     We invite scientists, teachers and professors of departments of physical education, kinesiology of US universities to cooperate for the joint development of training programs for athletes of different ages and publication of research results in specialized research journals, scientific professional publications of the United States of America. We invite US companies to cooperate in the production of award paraphernalia, sports equipment and training equipment. We know how to cooperate responsibly with partners, we are always timely and fully responsible for the concluded contracts and compliance with US laws in the field of physical education of the population.
